As per Vision 2015 document published by Medical Council of India (MCI) , transforming large number Medical Education institutes towards competency-based education, promoting the adoption of ICT technologies and having an easy access to high-quality teaching aids are pointed out to be critical to meet the needs, aspirations and enhance the quality & standards of medical education in India.
To make this possible, greater support in terms of digital-syllabus, accessible teaching, learning content and assessment libraries aligned with learning outcomes needs to be provided to all medical colleges.
